Caged
Away from the world, banished
In a complete isolation
Is a poor soul, suffering
For no reasons
Morning gleams of sun do not reach there
Sparkles of moon stay away
Rain drops fail to touch him
And the wind could not make it's way to his place
He lacks fresh air to breathe
A free land to play around
A few people to talk to
And a good meal to satisfy his appetite
People, unaware of his innocence
Hate him for he is in confinement
Yet, noone tries to rescue
Rather runs away from him
Love defriends him
Desires nag him
His dreams remain unfulfilled
And hopes all vanished away
Crushed by huge iron bars are his plottings to be free
His life being spent in darkness
All alone is he now
Caged
